National War Dogs Monument, Inc. Association
One of the missions of the National War Dogs Monument, Inc. [NWDM] is making the general public aware of the use of war dogs by the United States military historically, their current use in various theaters of operation and most importantly the sacrifices that these dog teams made for the United States.
The NWDM Association is open to all former dog handlers, current dog handlers, law enforcement k-9 handlers, search and rescue handlers, veterinary professionals, animal support service providers and to all students and members of the general public.
Participation in the Association provides a unique opportunity to be part of a group committed to the creation and placement of a suitable monument to one of our often overlooked and sometimes forgotten heroes.

Membership benefits include a ¾ inch diameter membership lapel pin that depicts the monument design, a laminated membership card and a quarterly e-mail newsletter which will keep members abreast of the progress of the monument, items of interest regarding our currently serving dog teams and selected health tips for member's pets.
